Safety

IEM are dedicated to providing the finest quality services whilst ensuring Safety receives paramount priority in all our activities. Our Health and Safety Policy includes up to date Safety Statements / Risk Assessments, Compliance with relevant legislation (including the 1989 Act, 2001 Construction Regulations etc.…), and all other standards including those relating to both statutory and adequate training issues.

Quality

The policy of IEM is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services that consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its clients.

This level of quality is achieved through the adoption of a system of procedures that demonstrate the competence of the company to existing and potential clients as well as auditing authorities. Achievement of this policy involves all staff, who is individually and collectively responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in continually improving quality of the working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the company Directors.
I.E.M is currently undergoing ISO-9001 (2000) accreditation.

KEY PERSONNEL
Steven Flint
Commercial Director
Responsible for financial appraisal and development of all energy projects and strategic and business plan development for clients.
Previous: Senior Consultant/Director with KPMG. Extensive experience in development of project finance including Public and Private Partnerships (PPP's), business planning, change management, business process improvement and financial planning.

Thomas G. Lynch
Director / Energy Consultant
Responsible for energy audits, energy efficient design and control, project management of energy efficient technologies and controls, development and implementation of energy policies and specialist consulting services to multi-nationals operating in Ireland, provision of energy awareness and efficiency training, ESCO development.
Previous: ESB, Mannesmann Anlagenbau (German), M.F. Kent International. Extensive experience in electrical project management and power generation in the building services and oil & gas sectors in Zaire, UK, Belgium and Iraq.

John Maloney
Stadium Lighting Sales Representative
