IEM are dedicated to providing the finest quality services whilst ensuring Safety receives paramount priority in all our activities. Our Health and Safety Policy includes up to date Safety Statements / Risk Assessments, Compliance with relevant legislation (including the 1989 Act, 2001 Construction Regulations etc.…), and all other standards including those relating to both statutory and adequate training issues. Quality The policy of IEM is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services that consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its clients. This level of quality is
achieved through the adoption of a system of procedures that
demonstrate the competence of the company to existing and potential
clients as well as auditing authorities. Achievement of this policy
involves all staff, who is individually and collectively responsible
for the quality of their work, resulting in continually improving
quality of the working environment for all. This policy is provided and
explained to each employee by the company Directors.
